Fenix Outdoor International AG, precedentemente nota come Nidron Holding AG, è un'azienda con sede in Svizzera che opera nel settore dell'abbigliamento e degli accessori. L'azienda si concentra sullo sviluppo, la produzione e la vendita di attrezzature e abbigliamento per le attività outdoor. È strutturata attraverso due segmenti operativi: Marchi, che comprende lo sviluppo e la commercializzazione dei propri marchi Fjaellraeven, Tierra, Primus, Hanwag e Brunton; e Vendita al dettaglio, che comprende le attività di vendita al dettaglio di prodotti outdoor attraverso le società acquisite Naturkompaniet e Partioaitta. Opera anche attraverso Frilufts Retail Europe AB, la sua filiale interamente controllata. Inoltre, le aree di business Brands e Retail della Società sono supportate da un'unità amministrativa che comprende, tra l'altro, le attività di contabilità, reporting e logistica.
