Alan Hyslop

Alan Hyslop served Managing Director of Dubai International Capital Private Equity until February 2009, where he focused on leading mid- to large-cap secondary buyouts in Europe and the USA in addition to funds and co-investments globally.
He has worked in private equity since 1994 when he joined 3i plc in Glasgow, Scotland.
He moved to Singapore in 1998 with 3i as a Director and throughout this time, he made a wide range of buyout and growth investments.
In 2001 Alan joined PPM Ventures, the buyout-focused private equity arm of the UK’s Prudential plc.
He was a Director in Hong Kong and later in Singapore, leading the execution and origination of mid- to large-sized buyouts across the region.
Alan Hyslop holds a BS from the University of Strathclyde in Scotland and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Scotland.
