Amy Angle

Amy is chief operating officer at the Des Moines Bank.
She has management responsibility for community investment, credit sales, human resources, information technology, legal, member financial services, public affairs, marketing and communications.
From 1986 until she joined the Home Loan Bank of Des Moines in November 2000, Amy was with the Home Loan Bank of Atlanta in a variety of positions.
In her last position with the Atlanta Bank, she was vice president, deputy general counsel and assistant corporate secretary.
Before joining the Atlanta Bank, Amy was in private law practice with Lance & Associates in Conyers, Georgia.
Amy received her undergraduate degree in English from Mount Holyoke College in South Hadley, MA and her law degree from Emory University in Atlanta, GA
