From 1980 to 1983, he was Director of the Integrated Manufacturing Research Service at Yankee Group, Inc., a privately held technology research and analysis firm, and from 1978 to 1980, he worked in systems development at IBM.
He has presented at numerous industry and executive conferences and is widely published in leading trade and business publications.
Mr. Friscia received his undergraduate degree from Vassar College.
