Anup has over Twenty Five Years of Business Services experience with several leading firms like Capgemini, EXL, Hewitt and Patni.
Anup is a seasoned Operator, Board Member and Advisor with deep expertise in Digital Transformation and BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, Healthcare and Insurance) Industries.
Prior to an Executive Partner role, Anup was President & Head of TPA business for Capgemini ($20B Firm) and led Insurance and Healthcare Business Services globally.
In this role, Anup led the transition of the TPA business to a Digital TPA, improved EBIDTA substantially by over 15% and executed several large deals.
Anup led several executive roles at EXL and drove the Transformation to Consult to Operate Model, Institutionalization of Global Product Development team and drove growth as Head of business in several key Geographies ( Americas, Europe, South Africa and Colombia).
He was the Board Member and Joint Venture Head for EXL Colombia.
Anup built the BPO Practice for Patni from ground up to $120M business at 18%+ EBIDTA. Additionally, Anup was part of the Founding Team and COO for India Life Hewitt, India’s largest Employee Benefits and Payroll Administration firm and had a successful exit with Hewitt Associates.
He also spent early part of his career in Investments Operations with ING and HSBC.
Anup holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Birla T.I.T & Sciences and Masters in Finance & Control from Delhi University.
