(NYSE: FHN), the holding company for First Tennessee Bank NA. First Horizon sold Highland Capital Management to Steve Wishnia in 2011. In 2013, the firm was acquired by Argent Financial Group Inc. Highland Capital Management firm specializes in managing domestic equity and fixed-income portfolios for individuals, pension plans, profit sharing plans and endowments.

ICC Capital Management, Inc. is a registered investment advisor headquartered in Orlando, Florida. The firm was formed in 1995 when the owners separated from their prior organization, The Investment Counsel Co. ICC Capital is now a subsidiary of Highland Capital Management which acquired the firm in 2015. Their ultimate parent is Argent Financial Group. ICC Capital provides investment advisory services on a discretionary and non-discretionary basis for individuals, trust, foundations, corporations, pensions and/or profit sharing programs.
