(40%), Lixin Investment Co., Ltd. (30%) and Deutsche Asset Management Co., Ltd. (30%). Headquartered in Beijing with additional office in Shanghai, the firm offers a range of domestic equity and fixed-income funds for individual, retail, institutional and Enterprise Annuity investors based in China. Changsheng Fund Management Co., Ltd. (CFM) is an independent Chinese fund management firm which was established in 1999. The firm's shareholders include Guoyuan Securities Co., DBS Asset Management, a wholly-owned subsidiary of Singapore-based DBS Bank, Anhui Provincial Innovation Investment Co. and Anhui Provincial Investment Group Co., both controlled by the Chinese Government. Based in Beijing with an office in Shanghai, CFM manages mutual funds and contributes to the management of the National Social Security Funds. Their clients are domestic retail investors and international institutions.
