Bryan Earle Dooley

Mr. Bryan E.
Dooley, CFA, is a Chief Investment Officer at LOM Asset Management Ltd.
He is responsible for the management of LOM’s flagship BSX-listed mutual funds, large discretionary portfolios and oversight of the portfolio management process.
His investment career spans over three decades of investment management, client relationship building, team leadership and portfolio construction.
Prior roles have included Head of Portfolio Management, Senior Investment Strategist, Senior Vice President and Trust Investment Officer and Private Client Advisor at institutions including the Wilmington Trust Company, Citigroup Inc. and Bank of America.
Mr. Dooley was previously employed as a Trust Investment Officer by Bank of America Corp., a Senior Vice President by Citigroup, Inc., and a Senior Investment Strategist by Wilmington Trust Co. He earned a Master’s degree in Business Administration from the College of William and Mary and a Bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida.
