Dixon is a Director-Operations at Carl Domino, Inc. Prior to joining Carl Domino, Inc. in 2006, Ms. Dixon served as Team Captain for the Notre Dame Division I Varsity Women's Lacrosse team for two years.
Having been an all-star women's lacrosse team player while at the University of Notre Dame, she lead her team to three NCAA tournaments and a NCAA final four tournament.
She created the Irish Link Women's Lacrosse Camp in Moorestown, New Jersey where she served as director and coordinator of the program and coaching staff.
She was responsible for the financial management, marketing and recruiting for the camp, successfully recruiting head and assistant coaches from all over the East coast.
Ms. Dixon is actively involved with Big Brothers Big Sisters of Palm Beach County, Inc. and is a big sister to a young girl in her early teens.
She is also involved with the Center for Family Services, the Women's Chamber of Commerce of Palm Beach County and the Women's Chamber Foundation.
Ms. Dixon received a degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Entrepreneurship and Management from the University of Notre Dame.
