Channa Bulath is a Senior Associate with Edgewater.
Prior to joining Edgewater, Channa worked as an Associate at Intrepid Investment Bankers, where he focused on mergers and acquisitions for middle-market companies across industrials, business services and consumer products sectors.
Prior to Intrepid, Channa served in RSM’s Valuation Consulting Group and Ernst & Young’s M&A Advisory Group.
Channa holds a BSc.
in Accounting & Finance from Lancaster University (UK), and an M.B.A from the Marshall School of Business at the University of Southern California.
