David A. Hartman

Mr. David A.
Hartman is Vice President-Portfolio Finance at Blackstreet Capital Management LLC since 2009.
Prior to joining Blackstreet, Mr. Hartman served as Chief Financial Officer of Elderlife Financial Services, a venture-stage, healthcare related consumer finance company, which was funded by the private equity arm of a major hedge fund based in New York City.
Later, Mr. Hartman led a management team buyout of Elderlife in June, 2009.
Mr. Hartman spent with Chase Manhattan Bank, N.A.
in New York City.
He was the Credit Supervising Officer and lead workout officer of a $1 billion leveraged finance portfolio for a liquidating commercial finance company based in Phoenix, AZ.
Mr. Hartman is a graduate of the University of Virginia's McIntire School of Commerce with a BS in Finance and MIS.
