Mr. David Fleisher, II, is a President, Chief Executive Officer & Co-Founder at Firstrust Financial Resources LLC.

Mr. Fleisher received his BS degree in Finance from Ithaca College.
He is a member of the Society of Financial Service Professionals, National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors, GAMA, and AALU.
Mr. Fleisher is also the president of the Cherry Hill Township Council, and a member of the Ithaca College Board of Trustees.
