Mr. David J.
Thomsen is a Vice President of Business Development at SFE Investment Counsel Inc. Mr. Thomsen oversees business development, communications and marketing for SFE.
He is a Director, shareholder and is a member of SFE’s Investment Committee.
In addition to his duties at the firm, his primary interest is the investment and relationship management of firm's clients.
He has a devoted client base that benefits from his many years of investment experience and personal touch.
Mr. Thomsen worked in private banking at Citigroup before joining SFE in 2006.
He volunteers for many non-profit organizations and programs.
He has served on the board of trustees of the Idyllwild Arts Foundation since 2008 and is an honorary member and treasurer of the New Center for Psychoanalysis since 2007.
He received his BA Philosophy degree from LaSalle University and an MBA from The University of Colorado.
