David William Sproule was the founder of Polymetals Mining Ltd. (founded in 1986) where he served as the Non-Executive Chairman from 1986 to 2013.
He is currently the Executive Chairman of Polymetals Resources Ltd. (since 2020), the Non-Executive Chairman of Golden Guinea Resources SARL, and a Member of the Australasian Institute of Mining & Metallurgy.
In his former positions, he was the Chief Executive Officer, MD & Executive Director of Marda Operations Pty Ltd. (2013-2015), an Independent Non-Executive Director of Critical Resources Ltd. (2020-2021), and a Non-Executive Director of Kin Mining NL (2017-2018).
