Hyduke Energy Services, Inc. engaged in the manufacture, design, and provision of drilling services, oil rigs, cranes, and other equipment. It operated through the Manufacturing and Fabrication, and Supply and Service business segments. The Manufacturing and Fabrication segment provides production and processing equipment including storage tanks, production equipment, environmental remediation equipment, and custom steel fabrication. The Supply and Service segment offers the procurement and distribution of spare parts, equipment components, operating supplies, and pneumatic controls to the drilling and well service industries. Hyduke Energy Services was founded on December 8, 1995 and was headquartered in Calgary, Canada.
