Her responsibilities at Hudson Advisors, L.P.
included financial reporting, investment and fund accounting, process management, and compliance.
Prior thereto, Ms. Chie worked as a Manager at Ernst & Young, LLP.
Ms. Chie graduated with a B.B.A.
degree in Accounting from Abilene Christian University.
She is a Certified Public Accountant.
