Elizabeth Freechack

Ms. Freechack is a Deputy General Counsel at L Catterton.
Prior to joining L Catterton, Ms. Freechack was a partner in the corporate group of Kirkland & Ellis with a practice focusing on mergers and acquisitions, corporate and securities law matters and corporate governance.
During her eight years in Kirkland’s New York and Chicago offices, she represented private equity funds and public and private companies in acquisitions and divestitures, joint ventures, equity financings, recapitalizations, spin-offs and various other corporate transactions.
Ms. Freechack received a J.D.
from Harvard Law School and a B.A., summa cum laude, from Northwestern University.
