Fook Meng Pak

Mr. Fook Meng Pak is Senior Invesment Manager at Malaysia Venture Capital Management Bhd.
Prior to joining MAVCAP, he was a manager with a private equity firm, involving in deal sourcing and closing of investment portfolios fitting the firm?s fund mandate and investment criteria.
His experience in the former employment had allowed him to integrate easily into the current position.
Not with standing that, he was a Senior Manager in the Assurance & Business Advisory Department of an international professional accounting firm for more than 10 years and is well equipped with essential technical knowledge on system analysis, design and versatile business applications, in addition to his experience in audits and other assurance services.
He has gained much experience through his involvement with a wide range of companies from small local entrepreneurial organisations to large international companies engaging in various business activities such as investment holding, trading and manufacturing, property development, aquaculture, information technology and leisure and hospitality.
He also carried out various business advisory assignments such as strategic and operational review, financial due diligence review, business valuation, ERM, internal audit and investigative audit.
He holds a MBA from University of Western Sydney and BSc (Hons.) in Computing from University of Portsmouth.
