Prior to co-founding Bay Capital in 2007, Mr. Pool was employed with State of Wisconsin Investment Board.
He was also employed at Whitney & Company's mezzanine fund, The Travelers Insurance Companies, Dorrance Street Capital Management and Metacomet Capital.
Mr. Pool received his undergraduate degree from Rockford College and his JD and MBA degrees from the University of Washington.
