Gerald T.
Stanewick has been a Director of Nastech Pharmaceutical Co., Inc. since June 2004.
Until his retirement in 2003, Mr. Stanewick worked on Wall Street for more than 30 years.
From 1991 to 2003, he was an Institutional Bond Salesman of Spear Leeds & Kellogg.
Mr. Stanewick worked at Wertheim Schroder & Co. from 1981 to 1991, including as Partner in charge of the Bond Department for the San Francisco Office from 1986 to 1991.
Prior to joining Wertheim Schroder, Mr. Stanewick was a Government Bond Trader of Bear Stearns.
From 1976 to 1980, he was a Government Bond Trader of Mitchell Hutchins.
From 1972 to 1976, Mr. Stanewick was a Securities Analyst of Goldman Sachs.
He received a BA degree in Economics from St. Michael's College in Burlington, Vermont.
