Withers is Investment Director at Rathbone Investment Management Ltd.
He is specializing in managing segregated portfolios for wealthy private clients, trusts and charities.
He sits on the Investment Management Training Committee and the firm’s SIPP Investment Process Committee.
Mr. Withers joined the provincial stockbrokers Neilson Cobbold with whom he trained.
In 1996, Rathbones acquired Neilson Cobbold.
He graduated from university in 1991 with a BSc Econ (Honors) in Modern History and Politics.
He qualified as a Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment, at Diploma level.
He was appointed a Fellow of the Securities Institute.
He is Chairman of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment (CISI) Private Client Investment Advice & Management Examination Panel and a member of the CISI Wealth Management Pathway Qualifications Assessment Board and the CISI Examination Board.
