Howard M. Davidoff

Mr. Davidoff has been with Carl Marks Venture Capital since 1986.
Mr. Davidoff also serves on the boards of various companies in which Carl Marks has invested.
Prior to joining Carl Marks, he was a corporate officer of the Chase Manhattan Bank in the Corporate Finance Division.
In that capacity he was responsible for providing a wide range of investment and commercial banking services.
Mr. Davidoff is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Boston University, where he received a degree in Finance and Business Science, and a Summa Cum Laude graduate of New York University, where he received his MBA.
