Haas, CFA, is a Head of the Quantitative, Directional Strategy Research Research & Managing Director at Neuberger Berman Investment Advisers LLC.
His responsibilities include manager sourcing, screening, due diligence, monitoring, and portfolio construction.
He has over 23 years of industry experience.
Prior to joining the team, he was an associate in Lehman Brothers’ portfolio strategy group, where he focused on asset allocation and manager selection.
Prior, he was a member of the financial institutions group within the investment banking division of Lehman Brothers, where he worked on M&A advisory projects as well as capital markets financings for clients in the financial services industry.
He graduated from the University of Oregon, earning a BS in business administration with a concentration in finance.
He has been awarded the Chartered Financial Analyst designation.
