Itzik Goldberger is Vice President of Marketing and General Manager of Micro Imaging for Xradia, Inc. Prior to joining Xradia, he was Vice President of Strategy and Business Development for Credence Systems Corp.

Previously, Mr. Goldberger held various senior executive marketing and general management positions at Optonics, @Themoment.com, Applied Materials, and KLA-Tencor.
He started his career at National Semiconductor.
Mr. Goldberger has over 20 years of leadership experience in the semiconductor industry.
He received a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering from Haifa Technion and an MBA degree from Stanford University.
