Jacques L. Huot

Mr. Jacques Huot is Vice President at CFI Capital, Inc. Prior to joining CFI, Mr. Huot was Managing Director and shareholder of Canadian Infrastructure Capital where his core business was investment and advisory services in Canadian public infrastructure transactions.
Mr. Huot was also Vice President Public-Private Partnerships at Ontario SuperBuild, an agency of the government of Ontario.
His responsibilities included the design and implementation of a public-private partnership initiative, the privatization of provincially owned business enterprises, and he co-chaired the committee responsible for the development and implementation of policies regarding the restructuring of Ontario's electricity sector.
In addition, Mr. Huot has held positions with Citibank, N.A.
and with SNC Lavalin.
