James A. Fisher

Mr. Fisher has over 26 years of middle market private debt investing experience, most recently leading the transfer and integration of Callidus Capital Finance to AC Finance (Allied Capital), where he served as Senior Managing Director.
Previously, he served as a Partner at Callidus Capital Management, where he created their middle market loan origination and management business.
He spent 23 years at JPMorgan Chase Bank, most recently serving as Senior Vice President and Division Executive of the JPMorgan Middle Market Structured Finance Division consisting of the Bank’s Asset Based Lending, Leasing, and Middle Market Financial Sponsor groups.
Mr. Fisher received his BA from Union College and completed the Stanford University Executive Management Program.
