James Gill

Jim is Co-Founder and CEO of Sun Valley Foods LLC, a Mexican foods processor employing 350 employees in Mexico and the U.S.
and supplying leading North American food producers and distributors.
Jim also served as Principal Manager at Eagle Holdings General Partners, a $45 million tribal investment fund.
He previously was at Intel Corporation, where he was a Controller for the company’s worldwide network of chip assembly factories.
His experiences at Intel included a two-year stint on the island of Penang, Malaysia managing a greenfield factory startup.
Jim also served two years in the Peace Corps in Cameroon, W.
Africa, where he lived among pygmy tribes and taught aquaculture.
He started his career in Boston as a Bond Analyst and fed funds trader.
Jim graduated from Dartmouth with an AB in economics and received an MBA from Northwestern University – Kellogg School of Management.
