UBS AG (Investment Management) (UBS-IM) is the Swiss investment management division of UBS AG, itself a subsidiary of UBS Group AG (SWX: UBSG, NYSE: UBS) in Switzerland. Formerly known as UBS Global Asset Management Switzerland, the firm was founded in 1998 when Union Bank of Switzerland and Swiss Bank Corporation merged. Headquartered in Zurich and has additional office in Basel, UBS-IM manages a range of investment funds and offers investment management services for institutional, corporate and private clients.

UBS Asset Management (UK) Ltd. (UBS-UK) is the Great Britain-based investment subsidiary of UBS Asset Management Holdings Ltd., itself a subsidiary of UBS Group AG (SWX: UBSG, NYSE: UBS) in Switzerland. Founded in 1981 as Phillips & Drew Investment Management Ltd., the firm merged with UBS Asset Management in 2000 to form UBS Asset Management Ltd., which became UBS Global Asset Management (UK) Ltd. in 2002. They changed their name to UBS Asset Management (UK) Ltd. in 2015. Headquartered in London, UBS-UK provides asset management services to corporate and public pension plans, sovereign institutions, endowments and municipalities, charities, insurance companies, wholesale intermediaries, financial institutions, and private clients.

Swisscanto Fondsleitung AG (Swisscanto) is the wholly-owned fund management subsidiary of State-owned Zurcher Kantonalbank in Switzerland. Formerly known as Swissca Fondsleitung AG, the firm was founded in 1993 as a joint venture between the Swiss Cantonal Banks. Headquartered in Zurich, Swisscanto provides fund management services for the entire Swisscanto Invest fund range and also for various private label funds. Their clients include banks, pension funds, insurance companies, fund management companies and investment foundations.
