Couch, CPA, is Vice President-Planning & Consulting at Adams Hall Asset Management LLC.
Prior to joining Adams Hall in 2006, Mr.Couch served as Director of Financial Planning Services at the Williams Companies where he provided in-house financial planning to senior executives.
He also served Williams as Director of Executive Compensation.
Prior to joining Williams Mr.Couch worked in the Personal Financial Planning practice of Ernst & Young.
His responsibilities there included financial and tax planning for senior executives of Phillips Petroleum, Williams, Wal-Mart and other Fortune 500 companies as well as numerous entrepreneurs and high net-worth families.
Mr.Couch also has expertise in the design and implementation of corporate benefit plans including the effect of the Pension Protection Act of 2006 on defined contribution plans.
Mr.Couch received his B.B.A.
Accounting degree from the University of Oklahoma and is a Certified Public Accountant.
