It was founded in 2010 when the asset management operations of Crédit Agricole SA and Société Générale merged. Headquartered in Paris, the firm develops products for institutional clients and third-party distributors and has ties with sovereign wealth funds, pension funds, institutional funds and corporate funds. They have distribution agreements with platforms in Europe and Asia. Amundi-IM is a signatory to the United Nations Principles of Responsible Investing (UNPRI).

SCOR Investment Partners SE (SCOR IP) is the asset management subsidiary of SCOR SE (EPA: SCR) in France. The firm is headquartered in Paris and was founded in 2008. SCOR IP provides investment advisory services and investment strategies in loans, credit and convertible bonds and insurance-linked securities.
