Jenold Freeman

Prior to Black Opal Equity, Mr. Freeman worked in investment management at Maxim Group LLC, the U.S.
spin off of global investment bank Investec Ernst & Company.
At Maxim, his focus was on analyzing data to discover profitable trends and develop creative solutions to implement investment strategies.
Before the Maxim Group Mr. Freeman worked as an associate at Max International, a boutique broker/dealer, where he served on the investment committee that developed and implemented strategic investment strategies, asset allocation, and portfolio restructuring.
Prior to Max International, Mr. Freeman worked as a consultant for Bourdeau Financial.
There, he worked on several transactions including the divestiture of a Las Vegas hotel portfolio and the acquisition of a portfolio of cell towers and equipment for a start up telecommunications company.
Mr. Freeman is a graduate of the State University of New York with a B.S.
in Finance.
He is also an active member in the community and volunteers for WorldofMoney.org as well as other nonprofit organizations.
