Baker retired as Vice Chairman of the Board of the Company in 1995, a position he held since 1991.
He also served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development of the Company from 1985 through 1991.
Mr. Baker has chosen not to seek reelection to the Board.
To retain his talents and expertise, it is expected that the Board will invite Mr. Baker to attend Board meetings in the future in a new capacity as director emeritus.
