John Tuite

Mr. John Tuite is a Director at IBI Corporate Finance Ltd.
He joined IBI in 2001 and was subsequently appointed Director in April 2007.He has advised on a number of public and private transactions, including: Jurys Doyle Hotel Group plc, Heiton Group plc, Sherry FitzGerald Group plc, Arnotts plc, Golden Vale plc, Alltracel Pharmaceuticals plc and Imprint plc Sale of BWG Holdings Ltd to its senior management team Sale of Tayto Crisps Ltd by C&C Group plc to Largo Food Exports Ltd Sale by Bank of Ireland Group of its 90.4% shareholding in J&E Davy Holdings Ltd to Davy senior management and staff Sale by Bank of Ireland Group of the Bristol and West branch network and related deposit book to Britannia Building Society.
Mr. Tuite graduated with first class honours commerce and MBA degrees from University College Dublin.
Prior to joining IBI, he spent seven years working as a foreign exchange dealer in Dublin and New York with Bank of Ireland Group Treasury.
