John Warren Rogers

Mr. John W.
Rogers is Chairman, President & Chief Executive Officer at Westchester Capital Management, Inc. (Nebraska).
Before founding Westchester Capital Management in January 1987, Mr. Rogers was a First Vice President and Portfolio Manager with a regional investment banking firm.
Mr. Rogers received his B.A.
in Architecture from Iowa State University.
He is a member of the Omaha-Lincoln Society of Financial Analysts and has completed the programs provided by Securities Industry Institute and the Wharton School of Business.
He has served on numerous community foundations and boards.
In 1989 he was elected to Iowa State University Foundation Board of Governors.
Since 1989 Mr. Rogers has served several terms on both the Finance and Development Committees.
Recently he was elected to a second term on the foundations Investment committee.
In addition, John is past President of the Iowa State University's College of Design Council.
