Previously, she was a corporate attorney for nine years at the law firm of Skadden, Arps, Slate, Meagher & Flom LLP.
Ms. Tallman graduated magna cum laude with a BA in Economics and Political Science from Miami University and received a JD with highest honors from George Washington University.
