Kate Ludeman

Dr. Ludeman, founder of Worth Ethic Corporation, is a widely recognized executive consultant, speaker and author.
In her 20 years of experience, she has worked with over 1,000 senior executives in all types of business, from Fortune 500 companies to high tech Silicon Valley start-ups.
She provides SBTG and the portfolio companies with services designed to improve the impact and effectiveness of senior executives and executive teams by focusing on 360° leadership assessments, executive coaching, customized team building and leading culture change programs.
Executive Women International recently honored she with the Ma Ferguson Award for Excellence in Business.
Her book The Corporate Mystic, now in its 4th printing, is acclaimed by many as the leading manual on corporate leadership for the 21st century.
She also wrote The Worth Ethic and Earn What You're Worth.
She is currently writing her fourth book, The Loyalty Award.
She has also written articles for The New York Times business section and dozens of other business publications.
In 1991-1992, she wrote and filmed an Emmy-nominated weekly TV column called "Work-Wise" for a news show aired by the San Francisco ABC affiliate.
She has appeared on more than 100 television and radio programs and hosted a portion of "Good Morning, Dallas." Dr. Ludeman has a BS in engineering and a PhD in psychology.
