Laura Koch

Ms. Koch is a Vice President of The Brookside Group, which she joined in 2007, where she works primarily with Brookside Mezzanine Partners.
Prior to joining The Brookside Group, Ms. Koch was a co-founder of Eagle Investment Partners, a mezzanine investment fund.
Ms. Koch also worked at Bank of America (formerly BancBoston Robertson Stephens) in the corporate finance, leveraged finance and private placement groups, where she structured and syndicated bank loan, high yield and private mezzanine transactions.
Ms. Koch was a senior financial analyst with BNY Associates, an investment banking boutique affiliated with The Bank of New York.
Ms. Koch began her financial services career with Chase Manhattan Bank (formerly Chemical Banking Corporation) as a loan officer in asset based lending after completing an extensive credit training program.
Ms. Koch graduated from Union College in 1989 with honors in economics.
