Lee R. Guterman

In addition to his role with Sapient, Dr. Guterman is an Assistant Professor of Neurosurgery, and Co-Director of the Toshiba Stroke Research Center at the State University of New York at Buffalo.
Dr. Guterman attended the State University of New York at Binghamton and received a BA in Chemistry.
He received his Ph.D.
in Chemistry from Clarkson University where he was an Eastman Kodak Fellow.
His thesis work centered around physical polymer chemistry, photophysics, artificial membrane chemistry and transport.
He worked on nerve impulse transmission at the Woods Hole Marine Biological Laboratory.
He attended medical school at the State University of New York at Buffalo.
