Prior to Forum, Mr. Schultheis was a Vice President in the Mutual Funds Management Group at U.S.
Trust Company of New York, Advisor to the $2.8 billion UST Master Funds.
Mr. Schultheis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial and Labor Relations from Cornell University.
