She arrived at CSAM as a result of that firm's merger with Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette, where she had worked since 1981.
Previously, she was a Tax and Financial Planner for individuals at PaineWebber Mitchell Hutchins and a Trust and Estates Administrator with the law firm of Chadbourne & Parke.
She is past-President and Chair of the New York chapter of the Financial Planning Association.
Ms. Hartley holds a B.S.
in Education from the University of Colorado.
She is a Certified Financial Planner.
