Marc Branson

Marc Robert Branson was the founder of Black Sea Metals, Inc. (founded in 2001) where he held the position of President, CEO, CFO, Secretary & Treasurer from 2001 to 2006.
He was also the founder of Moto Ergonomics Ltd.
(founded in 2003) where he served as President & Chief Executive Officer in 2007.
In 2018, he founded Titan Technologies, Inc. (Canada) and is currently the owner of the company.
Dr. Branson is currently the President, Chief Executive Officer & Director of Dark Star Minerals, Inc. (since 2021), the Chief Executive Officer, Secretary & Director of Weekapaug Lithium Ltd.
(since 2023), and the Director of Oil Optimization, Inc. (since 2016).
He is also an Independent Director at First Phosphate Corp.
and a Director at Highmark Technologies Corp.
In his former positions, Dr. Branson served as a Director at District Mines Ltd.
(2015-2021), Hanna Capital Corp.
(2007-2012), and Zeus North America Mining Corp.
He was also the Director & Vice President-Corporate Development at Lightning Ventures, Inc. (2014-2017) and an Independent Director at CannaPharmaRx, Inc. (2019-2023).
Additionally, he was the President of Realign Mining, Inc.Dr. Branson obtained his undergraduate and doctorate degrees from the University of British Columbia in 2011.
He also holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Capilano, conferred in 2001.
Dr. Branson is also the founder of Original Equipment Manufacturers.
