Marco Toseroni has substantial international business experience.
Marco Toseroni worked in New York for Bankers Trust in cross-border corporate finance, M&A and corporate restructurings.
Marco Toseroni also acquired significant experience across Asia in Hong Kong, China, Taiwan, South Korea and Thailand as head of procurement for Smash International Corp, a US trading company specializing in consumer products.
At 21 Investimenti, Mr Toseroni served as a consultant and then executive, involved in the origination and negotiation of portfolio company investments.
Marco Toseroni has also worked as a consultant advising family-owned businesses in Italy.
Mr Toseroni followed MM Gajo, Masetti and Tiveron from 21 Investimenti to Alcedo and has become a partner in the firm following the MBO from San Paolo IMI.
Marco Toseroni graduated in Business Administration (BBA) from the City University of New York with a dual major in political economy and mathematics.
