Mariane Le Bourdiec

Mariane Le Bourdiec has served as Partner and Managing Director at Sagard since 2002.
Mariane is responsible for overseeing finances, risk management, administration and managing investor relations in joint collaboration with Rik Battey for the European division of Sagard.
Mariane is based in Paris, France.
Mariane began her career with Andersen in Paris, where she held a variety of positions over the span of 15 years, including Audit Director and Deputy Corporate Secretary for Andersen France.
During this period, she led a number of international projects to reorganise the group’s infrastructure, and was responsible for the operational management of the administrative and financial departments at Andersen France.
She holds an MBA from École Supérieure de Commerce de Paris (ESCP).
