He was also a Manager in the Telecom Restructuring Practice of PwC, where he worked on numerous due diligence, business planning, and restructuring engagements.
Mr. Thompson, also served as Manager of Corporate Development at Flashcom, a broadband startup, where he worked on operations (launching a dial-up network), business development, capital raising, and bankruptcy filing.
Mr. Thompson has an MBA from Stanford Business School and a BA in Biology and Economics from Pomona college.
He is a Certified Insolvency and Restructuring Advisor and a Licensed International Financial Analyst.
