Crosby Valve and Smith Meter were the principal subsidiaries of Moorco.
Mr. Tiner has extensive operating management and acquisition experience in manufacturing companies both domestically and internationally.
Mr. Tiner graduated from Texas A&M University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Chemical Engineering and received an MBA from the Harvard University Graduate School of Business Administration.
