Mike Speck is a partner in Heidrick & Struggles’ Toronto and New York offices and leads the Media & Entertainment sector, with deep expertise in the media, sports, and consumer-focused digital businesses.
He is a member of the CEO & Board of Directors and Private Equity practices.
Mike spent 20 years in Heidrick & Struggles’ New York office, working with clients on a global basis.

Previously, Mike was a partner with another multi-national executive search firm, and prior built a successful private search and consulting firm.
In addition to more than 20 years of executive search experience, Mike spent 10 years in the corporate world with roles in sales and marketing management, and human resources.
