convertible-arbitrage portfolios for Angelo Gordon & Co. (1989-1990) and LF Rothschild, Unterberg, Towbin (1985-1989), where he was a Senior Vice President in charge of all convertible-arbitrage trading.
Mr. Maounis graduated from the University of Connecticut in 1985 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance.
