Pamela G. Lesh

Pamela Lesh is Vice President-Regulatory Affairs and Strategic Planning of Portland General Electric Co., which she re-joined in December 1999.
She is a Director of Volunteers of America and a Member of the American Leadership Forum and the City Club of Portland.
Previously, Ms. Lesh joined Portland General Electric in 1986 as Assistant General Counsel.
She was Vice President-Rates and Regulatory Affairs of Portland General Electric from 1996 to 1997.
Ms. Lesh was an Associate with various Seattle law firms, practicing in the fields of trusts and estates, taxation and employment discrimination and a Member of the Board of Governors of the Oregon Humane Society.
She has experience in regulatory and administrative law, with a focus on natural gas and electric energy.
Ms. Lesh received a JD from the University of Washington School of Law in Seattle in 1981 and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Washington State University in Pullman in 1978.
