Pamela Lesh is Vice President-Regulatory Affairs and Strategic Planning of Portland General Electric Co., which she re-joined in December 1999.

Ms. Lesh received a JD from the University of Washington School of Law in Seattle in 1981 and a Bachelor's degree in Political Science from Washington State University in Pullman in 1978.
