Prior to joining Norwich Ventures, Mr. Fleck was the President and COO of Arrow International, where he oversaw worldwide R&D and manufacturing efforts.
His most recent development projects focused on cardiac assist, including oversight of the LionHeart and CorAide devices.
In addition, he oversaw opening the first-ever manufacturing plant in the Czech Republic by a U.S.
company.
Before his thirty year career at Arrow, Mr. Fleck was an Engineer at Rockwell International and Atlas Chemical Industries.
He serves on the board of directors of the Burn Prevention Foundation and the advisory board of Ben Franklin Technology Partners.
Mr. Fleck earned a B.S.
in Mechanical Engineering from Lehigh University.
He has attended University of Pennsylvania for graduate work in mechanical engineering and has attended the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School.
Outside of Norwich Ventures, Mr. Fleck enjoys restoring classic automobiles and is an active leader in the Boy Scouts of America, where he serves on the Executive Board for his local council.
